Make sure you have the Downloader App installed. Select the search bar on the home screen of the firestick, type in 'Downloader App', search, select, download and install.

You need to select settings on the main home page of the firestick, go to 'My Fire TV', click on it, then click on 'My Fire TV' 7 times to check you have the 'developer options' added. Once you have this click on it, select 'unknown Apps' and you'll see a section for the downloader app. Click on it to say yes.

Download the new Monster Tivimate App. Enter the downloader code or direct URL in the Downloader app, then press Go:

Once the app is downloaded select yes to install then open.

Select Xtream, Add Playlist and now the login page is available to enter your details:

- Username: Your username

- Password: Your password

Once this lets you in, come out of the App, go back to the homepage, select the search icon, type in: 'vlc player', download and install it.

If you're an existing customer, remove the old Monster Smarters App: Settings → Applications → Manage Applications / All Apps → select the old app → Uninstall.

Each time you open the app, go to Settings → Playlist and select Update all playlists for fresh content and maintenance.

Now you're all good to go!

Use the Google Chrome Browser (or another browser if Chrome blocks it) to download our Monster TV v4 App:

If prompted, allow installs from unknown apps in settings, then continue the download.

Install and open the app. Enter your details:

- Any Name: Anything you like

- Username/Email Address: Your email

- Password: Your password

Open the Play Store, search 'vlc player', download and install.

In the Monster TV App homepage, select Settings.

Go to Player Selection → Add Player → choose VLC → Add.

On the same Settings page, click on Live TV and change it to Native. Then go back to the main page.

Tap Live TV, Movies, and Series to download and refresh content. Do this each time for updates.

Delete the old app from your files.

Only use this Smarters Monster App for your Android phone and tablet. You're good to go—enjoy!
